Human resource is the primary treasure of enterprise, the core competitiveness of enterprise increasingly reflected in the intellect resource and wisdom fruit nurturing, configuration and controlling capabilities, also reflected in the possession of intellectuals and application ability. Intellectual human power is the key to promote a healthy development of enterprise. Whether from the macro perspective, or from the micro perspective, the development of human resource for the enterprise provides a decisive factor. With wisdom, enterprise will achieve a leapfrog development guarantee. The Company also regards human resource management as an important strategy of company management. Cherishing the management philosophy of “human-oriented and law-based
management” and the management policy of “clear-cut rights and responsibilities, matching ability and duty and reasonable remunerations”, the Group always strives to provide a good career for its staffs. The Company implements a human resource strategy of “professional project managers, oriented professional talents and skillful workers” with an aim to turn itself from a labor-intensive company into a technology and intelligence-intensive company. The Company currently has over 1700 staffs, including 500 management staffs who account for 30% of all. 87% of these management staffs have an education background in occupational colleges. It also has 220 workers who hold various types of occupational and technical titles, including 20 with a senior occupational title and 70 with a medium occupational title.
